Kaye  received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work from Temple University in Philadelphia and University of Tennessee in Memphis. For 15 years in Eastern Arkansas she worked with Law Enforcement and First Responders on improving sexual abuse investigation, community debriefing responses to tragedies, and grief work with Hospice, neonatal deaths and parents of murdered children. She began her Resonance Repatterning practice in Memphis in 1996 and began teaching this work in 2002.

Over the last 9 years in Colorado, Kaye has blended traditional Medical Social Work with the Resonance Repatterning system at Boulder Community Hospital. As a NOVA trained Critical Incident Stress Debriefer she trains First Responders dealing with tragedies, using both traditional debriefing methods and Resonance Repatterning methods. She has conducted monthly group repatternings for hospital staff as well as group repatternings for other clinics, agencies, and businesses. In addition to individual and couple sessions , Kaye teaches Chakra classes for Medical Professionals and has conducted repatterning retreats on Creating Sacred Unions in Relationships.
The capacity for systemic changes when groups align with the resonance of agreed group intentions is just beginning to be explored! This is one of the most exciting and wide reaching aspects of energy work today.
